Rent A Scooter - FAQ
To rent a scooter from Fast Rent, you need a valid driving license, either a category B (car) license with at least 3 years of experience, or a category A (motorcycle) license. You also need to be at least 18 years old and provide a mandatory security deposit.
Yes, at Fast Rent Tenerife a security deposit is requested when collecting the car. This deposit is not an insurance excess: it acts as a guarantee for fuel, keys, return times and compliance with rental conditions.
In general, the excess is the maximum amount the customer could pay in case of damage when a contract includes it.
To collect the car, you must present your booking confirmation voucher, your valid driving licence and your valid ID card or passport. You do not need to print the voucher if you can show it digitally.
While we do accept walk-in rentals based on availability, we recommend reserving your scooter rental in advance to ensure availability and to take advantage of our online booking discounts.
