These terms and conditions form part of the rental agreement for motorcycles between Fast Rent (the lessor) and the client (the lessee), unless divergent or supplementary agreements exist, which will only be valid if documented in writing.

1. Accidents or Theft
In case of accident or theft, the client must contact the company within 24 hours of the incident. Additionally, the appropriate report must be made at the local police, national police, or Guardia Civil.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By signing this agreement, the driver(s) acknowledge having read and accepted the conditions detailed herein, which are necessary for operating the vehicle.

3. Traffic Rules Compliance
The client agrees to respect all applicable traffic regulations and is responsible for any fines resulting from misuse or non-compliance during the rental period.

4. Liability Exclusions
The company is not responsible for damages caused by reckless or negligent driving, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

5. Damage Assessment
Any damage caused by the lessee will be subject to inspection and repair cost estimation. The security deposit will not be refunded until the repair value is certified.

6. Contract Termination
If any conditions are breached, https://www.fastrent.es may terminate the agreement at any time, requiring the immediate return of the vehicle.

7. Use of Personal Data
By signing, the client authorizes https://www.fastrent.es to use their data for marketing operations and include it in the company database for future communications.


Scope of the Contract
These general conditions apply to the vehicle rental service (hereinafter “the service”) provided by Fast Rent, with fiscal address Avenida de Suecia 31/A, 38650, Arona, Tenerife, Spain, via its website https://www.fastrent.es. Use of the service implies full acceptance of these terms, which are available in English on the website.


1. Rental Requirements
The contract exclusively covers the temporary transfer of the reserved motorcycle. All motorcycles are registered as rental vehicles without a driver. Prices include mandatory insurance (civil liability).

  • A2 Motorcycles: Minimum age 18, License A2/A

  • A Motorcycles: Minimum age 18, License A

2. Driver Requirements

  • Must be over 18.

  • Must present the original motorcycle license (no photocopies or digital copies).

  • If requirements are not met, the vehicle will not be handed over, and payments will not be refunded.

3. Financial Requirements
A security deposit of €500 is required. This must be paid in advance by the lessee via credit card or cash. The deposit does not cover total damages exceeding its value; additional damage costs must be borne by the client.

4. Vehicle Reservation Service

  • Users must follow website instructions and rental contract procedures.

  • Accurate driver and reservation information must be provided.

  • Reservation confirmation and general conditions will be sent via email.

  • Credit card information is requested for reservation or payment (Visa and MasterCard accepted; American Express not accepted).

  • Card payment occurs only at the designated page, with franchise charges applied at vehicle handover.

5. Basic Insurance Coverage
Motorcycles include civil liability coverage for personal, material, and property damages. The security deposit will be returned if the vehicle is returned undamaged; otherwise, repair costs are deducted.

6. Full Coverage Insurance
Covers vehicle damage, total or partial loss, and theft, with a deductible (varies by motorcycle). Exclusions: lost/broken keys, punctures, fuel errors, personal items, and accidents under alcohol/drugs. Medical expenses are not covered. Call 112 in case of injury.

7. Vehicle Handover

  • Motorcycles are delivered clean, full of fuel, and in perfect condition.

  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition, at the agreed place, date, and time.

  • Fuel policy: full at pickup / full at return.

  • Immediate termination of the contract is possible if serious breach occurs, e.g., falsified data or contractual non-compliance.

8. Vehicle Return

  • Delays in return incur hourly penalties.

  • Home delivery may be affected by traffic; clients will be informed of actual delivery times.

9. Accidents or Breakdowns

  • Immediate telephone notification to the company is required: +34 608 41 45 81.

  • Police must be called for accidents; document evidence, witness statements, and data of other parties.

  • Do not admit fault or make agreements that could jeopardize insurance coverage.

10. Vehicles, Fuel, Maintenance

  • Fuel is not included; motorcycles are delivered full and must be returned full.

  • Maintenance and lubrication are included; roadside costs with prior approval are reimbursed.

  • Clients bear costs for lost/damaged accessories, keys, locks, and additional damages as listed.

11. Lessor Responsibilities

  • Motorcycles are delivered in perfect condition with intact mechanical seals and documentation.

  • Pre-existing damages must be documented at handover.

12. Lessee Responsibilities

  • Operate the motorcycle diligently, following technical instructions and traffic laws.

  • Monitor oil, water, tire pressure, and chain tension.

  • Responsible for all administrative fines and sanctions.

13. Lessee Liability for Damages

  • From delivery to return, the lessee is responsible for all damages beyond normal wear, including accessories, accidents, and negligent use.

14. Reservation Extension and Cancellation

  • Extensions subject to availability and payment at the office.

  • Cancellations refund based on time before rental:

    • More than 30 days: Free

    • 29–15 days: 30%

    • 14–8 days: 50%

    • 7 days or less: 80%

    • No-show: 100%

15. Disclaimer
Fast Rent is not responsible for:

  • Internet delays or system failures.

  • Inability to provide service for any reason.

  • Vehicle defects; replacement or refund provided if replacement impossible.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts in Tenerife, Spain.

REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
