I presenti termini e condizioni sono parte integrante del contratto di noleggio di motocicli tra Noleggio veloce (il locatore) e il cliente (il locatario), a meno che non esistano accordi divergenti o supplementari, che saranno validi solo se documentati per iscritto.

1. Incidenti o furti
In caso di incidente o furto, il cliente deve contattare la compagnia entro 24 ore dall'accaduto. Inoltre, è necessario fare la dovuta denuncia alla polizia locale, alla polizia nazionale o alla Guardia Civil.

2. Accettazione dei termini
Con la firma del presente contratto, il/la conducente dichiara di aver letto e accettato le condizioni qui riportate, necessarie per l'utilizzo del veicolo.

3. Conformità alle regole del traffico
Il cliente si impegna a rispettare tutte le norme del codice della strada ed è responsabile di eventuali multe derivanti da un uso improprio o non conforme durante il periodo di noleggio.

4. Esclusioni di responsabilità
La compagnia non è responsabile dei danni causati da guida spericolata o negligente, o da guida sotto l'effetto di alcol o droghe.

5. Valutazione dei danni
Eventuali danni causati dal locatario saranno soggetti a ispezione e stima dei costi di riparazione. Il deposito cauzionale non sarà rimborsato fino a quando il valore della riparazione non sarà certificato.

6. Risoluzione del contratto
In caso di violazione delle condizioni, https://www.fastrent.es può rescindere il contratto in qualsiasi momento, richiedendo l'immediata restituzione del veicolo.

7. Utilizzo dei dati personali
Firmando, il cliente autorizza https://www.fastrent.es di utilizzare i loro dati per operazioni di marketing e di inserirli nel database aziendale per future comunicazioni.

Ambito di applicazione del contratto
Le presenti condizioni generali si applicano al servizio di noleggio veicoli (di seguito "il servizio") fornito da Noleggio veloce, con indirizzo fiscale Avenida de Suecia 31/A, 38650, Arona, Tenerife, Spagna, tramite il suo sito web https://www.fastrent.es. L'utilizzo del servizio implica l'accettazione integrale di questi termini, disponibili in inglese sul sito web.

1. Requisiti per il noleggio
Il contratto copre esclusivamente il trasferimento temporaneo della moto prenotata. Tutte le moto sono immatricolate come veicoli a noleggio senza conducente. I prezzi includono l'assicurazione obbligatoria (responsabilità civile).

Moto A2: Età minima 18 anni, Patente A2/A
A Motociclette: Età minima 18 anni, Licenza A

2. Requisiti del conducente

Deve avere più di 18 anni.
È necessario presentare l'originale della patente di guida (non sono ammesse fotocopie o copie digitali).
Se i requisiti non sono soddisfatti, il veicolo non sarà consegnato e i pagamenti non saranno rimborsati.

3. Requisiti finanziari
È richiesto un deposito cauzionale di 500 euro. Questo deve essere pagato in anticipo dal locatario tramite carta di credito o contanti. Il deposito non copre i danni totali che superano il suo valore; i costi dei danni aggiuntivi sono a carico del cliente.

4. Servizio di prenotazione veicoli

Gli utenti devono seguire le istruzioni del sito web e le procedure del contratto di noleggio.
È necessario fornire informazioni accurate sul conducente e sulla prenotazione.
La conferma della prenotazione e le condizioni generali saranno inviate via e-mail.
Per la prenotazione o il pagamento vengono richiesti i dati della carta di credito (Visa e MasterCard accettate; American Express non accettata).
Il pagamento con carta avviene solo alla pagina designata, con spese di franchigia applicate alla consegna del veicolo.

5. Copertura assicurativa di base
I motocicli includono la copertura della responsabilità civile per danni a persone, materiali e cose. Il deposito cauzionale viene restituito se il veicolo viene restituito integro; in caso contrario, vengono detratti i costi di riparazione.

6. Assicurazione a copertura totale
Copre i danni al veicolo, la perdita totale o parziale e il furto, con una franchigia (che varia a seconda della moto). Esclusioni: perdita/rottura delle chiavi, forature, errori di carburante, oggetti personali e incidenti sotto l'effetto di alcol/droghe. Le spese mediche sono non coperto. Chiamare il 112 in caso di lesioni.

7. Consegna del veicolo

Le moto vengono consegnate pulite, piene di carburante e in perfette condizioni.
Il veicolo deve essere restituito nelle stesse condizioni, nel luogo, nella data e nell'ora concordati.
Politica sul carburante: pieno al ritiro / pieno al ritorno.
La risoluzione immediata del contratto è possibile in caso di gravi violazioni, come ad esempio la falsificazione dei dati o il mancato rispetto del contratto.

8. Restituzione del veicolo

I ritardi nella restituzione comportano penalizzazioni orarie.
La consegna a domicilio può essere influenzata dal traffico; i clienti saranno informati dei tempi di consegna effettivi.

9. Incidenti o guasti

È richiesta una notifica telefonica immediata all'azienda: +34 608 41 45 81.
La polizia deve essere chiamata per gli incidenti; documentare le prove, le dichiarazioni dei testimoni e i dati delle altre parti.
Non ammettere la colpa e non fare accordi che potrebbero compromettere la copertura assicurativa.

10. Veicoli, carburante, manutenzione

Il carburante non è incluso; le moto vengono consegnate piene e devono essere restituite piene.
La manutenzione e la lubrificazione sono incluse; sono rimborsate le spese di messa su strada previa autorizzazione.
I clienti si fanno carico dei costi di accessori, chiavi, serrature e altri danni persi o danneggiati, come da elenco.

11. Responsabilità del locatore

Le moto vengono consegnate in perfette condizioni con guarnizioni meccaniche e documentazione intatte.
I danni preesistenti devono essere documentati al momento della consegna.

12. Responsabilità del locatario

Guidare la motocicletta con diligenza, seguendo le istruzioni tecniche e il codice della strada.
Controllare l'olio, l'acqua, la pressione degli pneumatici e la tensione della catena.
Responsabile di tutte le multe e le sanzioni amministrative.

13. Responsabilità del locatario per i danni

Dalla consegna alla restituzione, il locatario è responsabile di tutti i danni che vanno oltre la normale usura, compresi gli accessori, gli incidenti e l'uso negligente.

14. Estensione e cancellazione della prenotazione

Estensioni soggette a disponibilità e pagamento in ufficio.
Le cancellazioni vengono rimborsate in base al tempo trascorso prima del noleggio:
- Più di 30 giorni: Gratuito
- 29-15 giorni: 30%
- 14-8 giorni: 50%
- 7 giorni o meno: 80%
- Non si presenta: 100%

15. Esclusione di responsabilità
Fast Rent non è responsabile per:

Ritardi di Internet o guasti del sistema.
Impossibilità di fornire il servizio per qualsiasi motivo.
Difetti del veicolo; sostituzione o rimborso se la sostituzione è impossibile.

16. Legge applicabile e giurisdizione
Le presenti condizioni sono regolate dalla legge spagnola. Eventuali controversie saranno sottoposte ai tribunali di Tenerife, Spagna.
